Once upon a time (OK, it was 1984) in a small town by the name of Kalama, Washington, the first Pyramid Ale was born. The delicious dream of two spirited brewers quickly grew into a
local favorite. And here we are, 20 years later, with a wide variety of ales and lagers, plus the alehouse locations to enjoy them in! Twenty years is a long time in the craft-brewing
industry (think dog years). So to the entire craft industry, our Pyramid fans old and new, and our dedicated Pyramid brewing team, we offer a toast: Good beers and even better to come!
As we celebrate 20 years of brewing, we'd like to mention a few special favorites (see logos to the left) we'd like to highlight from our full line up of Pyramid Brews. |

Our beloved unfiltered 'flagship,' Pyramid Hefeweizen has become a loyal friend to wheat beer fans up and down the Coast, and far beyond. Hefeweizen's inspiration dates back to 1985 when
Pyramid rolled out our first year-round wheat beer, fondly known as Wheaten Ale. This unique brew quickly earned us the title of "wheat beer pioneers" and we responded with additional
Pyramid wheat styles such as Apricot Ale and Hefeweizen. Today Hefeweizen continues to quench discriminating thirsts On Draft, in 6 and 12 packs, and now in our new 22oz bottle.

While we celebrate wheat, let's not forgot our old faithful, Pyramid Pale Ale, the first brew crafted out of our Kalama Brewery back in 1984. While many years have passed, this honorable and
delectable brew has stood strong and still tastes as full-flavored as it did back in craft-brewing's "pioneer" days.
